These Terms also apply to all clients and partners of CF Design Studio, LLC (“Client” or “Clients”) who utilize our platform, software, templates, or marketing systems for their own customer engagement. By contracting with CF Design Studio, LLC, Clients agree to be bound by these Terms and ensure compliance by their end users and audience members.

Clients are responsible for:

- Ensuring that any data collected through their use of CF Design Studio services complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC regulations.

- Providing adequate disclosures and obtaining proper consent for all communication campaigns.

- Adhering to carrier and content standards enforced through CF Design Studio’s infrastructure.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. If representing an organization, you affirm authorization.

2. Services

We offer design, branding, digital marketing, and CRM automation services.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely, accurate info and comply with payment terms.

4. SMS and A2P Compliance

By opting in, you agree to receive A2P 10DLC messages. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required for purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due in 15 days. Late payments may incur fees.

7. Disclaimers

We provide services “as-is” and make no guarantees of specific results.

8. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate access for violations or non-payment.

13. Governing Law

Laws of the State of Louisiana apply. Disputes resolved in Orleans Parish, LA.
